• Contact details you provide through the "Find My Home" quiz, lead reveal forms, or when creating an account: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
• Search & preference data: budget range, preferred neighborhoods, unit type, move-in date, must-haves, and other answers you submit through the quiz.
• Listing content that agents and landlords upload: photos, videos, descriptions, pricing, and location.
• Account information if you sign up: email, authentication identifiers, and profile details.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and referring URL.
• Advertising and analytics identifiers from third parties such as TikTok, Meta, and Google when you arrive via or interact with our ads.

2. How we use your information

• Match you with relevant properties and share those matches with you.
• Connect you with the agent, landlord, or owner of a listing you enquire about.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Send transactional messages (e.g. quiz results, listing updates).
• Measure and optimize our marketing campaigns.
• Comply with legal obligations under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

3. Sharing your information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Listing owners: when you request to be contacted about a listing or complete the quiz, we share your contact details with the relevant agent/landlord so they can follow up.
• Service providers that help us run the platform: cloud hosting, database and authentication, video delivery (Bunny.net), analytics, and advertising partners (including TikTok, Meta, and Google).
• Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and deliver relevant advertising (including retargeting through the TikTok, Meta, and Google advertising networks). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Service.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Quiz leads and enquiries are retained so listing owners can follow up and so we can improve matching quality. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights
